TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Hiring of the ostrich plumes depends on availability – bookings are essential.
  • A credit card number is required 2 weeks prior to the event – this is charged on the date of despatch.
  • The plumes will be despatched via NZ Post (track and trace) 4 working days before the date required.
  • Any damaged or lost plumes on return will be charged at their retail price accordingly – this charge would be taken from the credit card supplied.
  • The plumes must not get wet.
  • Upon return, they must be despatched within the next 2 working days from the event.  They must be sent with a track and trace number.
